What do I pay for shipping?
Nothing. We pay the shipping. Note: If you wish to return the item, change to a different size or to another item, you will pay the return.

How does it work when you ship goods?
When we receive your order, we will ship and ship it within 1-3 days.
You will be notified by text and mail when it has arrived. You will also get tracking number from the mail by email, which you can follow how far it has arrived.

How do I pay?
You can either pay by card right away, or you can choose invoice by mail. Invoice on mail has maturity of 14 days.

What if I regret or the item does not fit?
You have 14 days of cancellation from the day you pick up the package in the mail. Then complete the form that came with the package. Here you will find out why you want to exchange, put it together with the item and send it back to us at Haust's address. The return must be paid by the customer.

Can I change size?
Please send us an email first if we have your size and we will add it to you. If we have it, please fill out the return form / cancellation code and add it to the package and send to our address.

How long have your delivery time?
Usually it takes between 1-4 days before you receive your order. During periods of high pressure delivery time may be slightly longer. You receive mail with tracking number as soon as we have processed your order.

I want to return my order, how do I do it?
You have 14 days of cancellation on all orders in the online store that apply from picking up your package at the post office. Fill out the attached right of return and return the package to us. We note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received the product and that the patches should hang on.

Who pays shipping for bailouts?
At return, the buyer covers the postage costs associated with return bargain, in the first place, that there is nothing wrong with the garment you have received. The package is the buyer's responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend sending with tracking for your own safety.

What happens if I do not get my package at the post office?
If you do not pick up your package within the deadline, the package will be returned to us and you will be charged a fee of 250kr.

Can I return a sales item?
Yes, the right of cancellation applies regardless of whether the goods are on sale or not.
