Ordering at haust.no
When your order is registered, you will receive a confirmation email. We will process your order continuously within 3 days.
Shipment and delivery
The items ordered on Haust.no will be shipped within a maximum of 1 week after ordering. Once the customer has received the goods, the item is considered as delivered. FREE SHIPPING throughout Norway. If you order from a country other than Norway, shipping will be included. Contact us for further information.
The goods are shipped with Postnord (My Pack). Normally delivery will take place within 1-10 business days. Haust.no is not responsible for any delays in delivery as a result of errors or delays with the shipping supplier. But, of course, we will be available to help with information and tracking of the package. Haust.no accepts that all delivery deadlines are indicative and deviations may occur. Should your delivery be delayed or gone, we will do our best to help you get the item you ordered as soon as possible. If you have not received your order within 10 business days after shipment, please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). In the unlikely event that you should not receive your goods, you will of course get refunded the amount you paid.
The risk of the goods
The risk of goods is transferred to the buyer when the right of cancellation has expired after 14 days from receipt. If the goods have been damaged after the buyer has received it, the customer will retain the right of cancellation if the damage is not due to negligence or lack of care by the customer.

There are no other charges on your original purchase than what is stated in the order confirmation you receive by email.
For ordering goods paid by debit card, you must be at least 15 years or have the approval of your guardian.
The price of sales or promotional items applies as long as the product is in stock.
With us, you pay via Klarna Checkout. After you click on "Finish purchase", the purchase is completed and you will receive an invoice on mail afterwards. If you want to pay by card, change this after completing the purchase. There are no additional fees by shopping by invoice or card on Haust.no
How to pay by card:
Fill in all information about yourself and your address. Click "complete purchase" and you can now change payment method under the purchase button. On Haust.no, personal information goes through a protected website and URL (http: //). The website is set up under Norwegian laws and regulations and personal information registered on the website will not be sold to a third party.
Domestic (in Norway) all orders are delivered from haust.no FREE.
You always have 14 days to return your item on Haust.no. This applies from the day you receive the item. If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal and return your item, you must pay for the return. The package must be at the store within 14 days after you received it. Remember to fill out the return form that comes with the package.
If you want to change size, you will pay for the return and we will send you new garments for free. After the return form is filled out, please ad it to the item when you pack it.
The product should be extracted at the delivery place BEFORE it are being returned, and you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. You must make sure that the returnporto is paid and will be charged in the aftermath if you have not paid the returnporto.
If you fail to pick up the item at the place of delivery and it returns to the store that has shipped it, you will be charged for the return shipping costs that fall on the shop + a fee of 200 NOK, and you will not receive money in return or be able to cancel your order, before it has arrived back to us.
Returns must be sent with Norway Post or another shipping supplier that may be used by private individuals. Return happening is the client's responsibility, and if the goods were to disappear and it is not sent with tracking the customer will not be refunded the money for the order.
Upon successful return, you will get refunded your money directly to your payment card as soon as the item has returned. If you have failed to use our return form, we will contact you if you should have refunded the money to your account.
All items are checked very carefully before they are shipped. If, nevertheless, damage has occurred during transport, this must be reported as soon as possible and no later than three days by e-mail with a picture of damage. As a consumer, you can choose whether the item is to be repaired or replaced. The exception to this principle is if exchange is impossible or will result in disproportionate costs for Haust.no or the store that has delivered the item. We will deal with the return of defective goods and dispatch of new. If there is visible damage on the delivery at pickup, please inform the post office.
